Sunday Stealing on a Monday

 Morning Meme

1) What do you typically have for breakfast?    Typically  - Toast and a spread.  Many home made spreads, but we have just returned from holiday, so spread has varied, Pistacio and   
Coconut;  Pineapple and Babao.  Very lovely.   But today.  I had a protein drink.  started a diet. 









2) What was your favorite breakfast cereal when you were a kid?   
Rice Crispies.   Snap Crackle and Pop. Although, the elves themselves, Snap, Crackle and Pop terrified me. 





3) Orange juice, tomato juice or cranberry juice?    Cranberry Juice.  It's very good for cistitis don't ya know. 







4) What time is your alarm clock set for?   7.30 Am. I'd prefer it to be 6.50, I like a slow start to the day - get as much daylight in as possible. I like to sit in the garden, listen to the birds, and look at the clouds. 







5) Do you have any tips for preventing stress and making the morning go more smoothly?   Get up earlier than you need.  Drink a cup of what makes you happy, slowly, outside it possible.

Its a new day, its a new life, and I'm feeling fine

This morning, I took measurements, weighed myself, took some photos and promised myself THIS TIME. 

I have a big flight in 8 and a half weeks and I am determined to be AT LEAST 1 stone lighter,  preferably 2. 

I feel positive. 

I've had my meagre 200 calories for breakfast, and another 200 calories for Lunch.  I've drunk 2960 mls of water.  My stomach is rumbling.  But i'm drinking water to offset that. 

I wanted to log the information.  I do have somewhere to "submit" my weightloss story to.  But I'll wait and check that there will be weight loss.
