It's a Free For All. F*&^ Em All


Ketosis has kicked in today.

Am dying.

Clinging to any piece of protein I can lay my hands on. Had a piece of cheese, well two pieces actually.

Now am feeling less stressed.

I will survive this and come out the other end, leaner and meaner.

  1. i once went on a (near) zero carb diet. lost a ton of weight. my trick (doctor approved) was to just hover near ketosis. i would eat one slice of 40 calorie double fiber bread at breakfast and another at dinner. nothing else but lean proteins and fresh veggies and fruit once per day at lunch. full-on ketosis is ugly. i don't want to go there.
